What initiated my love affair with electronics and all things automotive was a most fortunate relationship I had with my Grandfather at age 10. His engineering background and willingness to continuously expose me to his passion influenced me to begin hot rodding at age 16. During the ages of 16 to 21 I had owned 67-69 Camaro’s, 70 Nova and 69 Chevelle. Many nights of wrenching and weekend street raciung fueled my passion. It then inspired me to seek a college degree in Automotive Engineering. The chain of events ultimately brought me to GM’s doorstep where I’d be employed by Chevrolet, Pontiac and Buick divisions respectively.     

During that period EFI was coming to the forefront replacing the carburetor. My exposure to the progression from carbs to TBI and finally Port Fuel Injection gave me the ability to easily adapt to new technologies and refinements, many of which we still see and enjoy today.

My first real fuel injected car was a 92 LT1 Corvette. You can say that this vehicle is where my passion for engine management and chassis tuning originated. The car was regularly seen at the local drag strip in street trim running 11.30′s at over 128 mph.

Now almost two decades later the revolution known as Redline Motorsports is in full swing.  Specializing in all forms of high performance EFI vehicles, our accomplishments/goals is to provide our customers outstanding performance packages for both on and off the track, while maintaining street manners found on vehicles straight off the dealer lot.

Over the last 8 years, Redline has been involved and featured regularly in the pages of GM High Tech Performance, Vette Magazine, Hemmings Muscle Machines and Hot Rod Magazine. Many of the articles are technical in nature as my personal appetite for information is quite large!

Part of Redline Motorsports stable of late model performance cars includes an 800 HP TT C5 Corvette, a 1000 HP 2006 Z0 a 2010 SS/RS Camaro and recently a 2011 SS/RS Camaro which is our prototype HTR-850R Super Car! New for 2012 will be the development of our ZLR Performance program! The main purpose of these vehicles is to allow us to stay on the cutting edge of technology through relentless research and development. The rate in which technology changes from year to year demands continuous outside training with vehicle and PCM control manufactures. That participation in training keeps us ahead of the curve and allows us to present our customer the finest high performance packages available anywhere.
